Observed for centuries by diverse communities, it represents the arrival of spring and symbolizes resilience, coexistence, and the enduring belief in a brighter future. Beyond its cultural significance, Nowruz reflects universal values of mutual respect, compassion, and the peaceful coexistence of all people.This year's celebration comes at a time when the people of Afghanistan continue to face profound humanitarian and human rights challenges. Afghan women and girls, in particular, continue to experience significant restrictions on the enjoyment of their fundamental rights and freedoms, while many families remain displaced or live in exile, separated from their homes and communities.On this occasion, the Movement of Afghanistan Women in Exile extends its solidarity to all Afghan women and families who continue to demonstrate remarkable courage, resilience, and hope despite these challenges.
